Matlab functions

Since the author had no prior experience in multi-group reactor physics calculations, the author created some Matlab functions in order to get familiar with the qualities and especially the difficulties of the solution of these equations. Further, these Matlab functions serve as a first check in connection with testing the final C-program.

The Matlab program "package" consists of three files which contain Matlab-functions (or m-scripts)

m
The main function for the calculation of the fundamental eigensolution of the two-group diffusion equations. This function starts off with the energy group ordering and uses the m-file permutat.m in order to convert the group ordering to the more convenient node number ordering.

m
A function which performs the power method iterations.

m
A function which performs the inverse power method iterations.
