Command line arguments

The program called project is executed by issuing the following command with three command line arguments

project <input filename> <cross section path> <machine_type>
where the <input filename> is typed without extension, the <cross section path> is the path to the cross section data files and the integer <machine_type> specifies the type of computer used for the calculations in following way

Interpretation
l
Computers which use Little Endrian IEEE floating point arithmetic (IBM PC etc).
l
Computers which use Big Endrian IEEE floating point arithmetic (HP9000 etc).

The extension of the input file is assumed to be .neu and the path specification has to end with a path separator, ie "/" in UNIX and "$\backslash$" in DOS. Also note that in DOS filenames are not allowed longer than 8 characters.
