Next: Overview Up: Neutronics Implementation Previous: Neutronics Implementation   Contents   Index IntroductionEven though the solution of the discretized diffusion equations (1.91) involves standard techniques of numerical analysis we have chosen to create two implementations. One limited implementation made solely for numerical test purposes using Matlab3.1 and one "full" implementation programmed in C. The full implementation has been constructed such that the code can handle a general multi-group neutronics model with G energy groups. Furthermore, it has been assumed that the computational grid is non-uniform.
